The repair took a little longer than expected, but that was because the part took longer to arrive due to covid impacting deliveries. I had one minor issue with a sensor on my rear bumper dislodging a couple months after the bumper was replaced. The owner was very responsive and took care of it right away..”

“I unfortunately have had many car accidents in the past and by far this is the best place for sure... We usually have to rent a car while our car was being repaired but he had a loaner car that got great gas mileage. We had a Thousand dollar deductible and the owner gave us a a 300.00 discount and also buffed out the bumper in a few places, in which I unfortunately had a few parking lot incidences. It looks brand new. The girl in the office (can’t remember her name) sorry, was so nice and so is the owner. This is our new auto body shop! Let’s just hope that is not my fault next time! No there will be no next time, but I am definitely going to refer him to everyone. Forgot to ask if they Engine work, or tune ups or oil changes even though our car runs perfect some of our kids cars need work. So call and ask him

“You will not find a better service than this one. Their service exceeded all my expectations. My 2020 Toyota Corolla was badly damaged and I thought it was impossible to get it repaired. However, the car after service looks like brand new. It was a problem, cruise control didn’t work, but computer restarted itself in the same day , and it started to work. There was a problem with parts because my car is new. Alberto provided me with free rental car. They also paid my deductible. I can recommend this service for anyone.”

For a stressful situation, Alberto made it surprisingly easy. At my initial call, he was incredibly reassuring and calm, which was super helpful to someone like me who was just in an accident. He immediately sent a tow truck, and remained responsive to all following calls. To top it off, he returned my car to me completely vacuumed and cleaned. My car looks perfect! I highly recommend ACP. “Dents Gone WOW!!!! Don't tell the rental company that there was a dent in the brand new car that I had out. I kept it an extra day and took it to the shop. The owner said he would have his Dent guy come in the next day and see what he could do. I thought there was absolutely no chance whatsoever that they could make that dent disappear and that I was screwed, blued and tattooed. I got a text message the next day at 10 a.m. that my car was ready. I was sure that was because there was nothing they could do. No way, Jose!. The dent guy had taken the dent out 100%, and you couldn't even see that there was anything there, ever. The car checked in on rental return without any issue whatsoever. My God almighty, this guy was an absolute magician. It has been said that they can be a little bit slow, and I think that might be true, so I wouldn't count on it being the fastest turnaround on the planet, but if you want top quality work, entrust your car to ACP Auto Body, and Mr. Perez, the owner. You cannot go wrong.”

“Just picked up my 2013 Audi Q7, and it looks brand new! ACP did a fantastic job, and I am very pleased with the quality and detail. My car had significant damage to both the front and rear, so much so that I was sure that the insurance company would total the car. Insurance said that they would pay for repairs, so after searching on Google and Yelp, I chose ACP, and I'm glad I did. They dealt with the insurance from getting my car towed, extensions on my rental car, returning my rental car, and getting all repairs approved. I didn't have to deal with insurance one bit, and I appreciate that because I hate dealing with insurance. On the outside, the shop isn't the most appealing. However, don't judge a book by it's cover! I would not hesitate to use ACP in the future or to recommend this place to friends and family. My only critique would be for communication. It took me a while to get my car back due to the extent of damages, as well as having to special order parts. I would have appreciated updates rather than having to call them all the time.”

“I used to rebuild motors, and have worked on many cars. I'm very picky with the shops I work with. Alberto did a great job restoring our 2005 Honda S2000. Someone hit our car and ran last month. ACP Auto Body restored it to great condition. The lines look clean. We dropped it off, they paid our $300 un-insured motorist deductible, and they took care of the rest with insurance. The lines look good. The paint was blended well. I'd highly recommend them to anyone.”

Mirror controls worked perfectly but the mirror had been popped out of the case. A different repair shop tried to charge us 500+ dollars to replace the entire mirror system, but ACP did not try to take advantage of us! ACP's manager (owner?) was friendly and patient, waiting for me to translate everything. Service was super fast, the mirror looks perfect now, I'm so happy! Highly recommend! Honest, fast, professional service!”

“No job too small! These guys really take pride in their work, with top notch customer service. Turn around time was fast! They didn't take my payment without me first seeing their work and finished product, a rare thing these days.
I brought my older outboards hood to be painted and repaired; hesitant of it being 'too small' a job for them. Nope! They had no problem giving me a fair quote and took pictures of how I wanted my decals. Picked it up a week later and what a terrific paint job!

“I was involved in an accident with my Lexus back in January 2017. I took my SUV to ACP. And the only thing I can say about this place, is that it's the best experience I have ever had with a body shop. Avertano was very accommodating, never pushed back, even though, I know that I am very demanding sometimes, they were slow in getting my vehicle fixed (3 months), but after getting it back, I didn't mind it at all, it was PERFECT and even better than the condition it was in prior to the accident. very friendly, accommodating, respectful and excellent work. I currently live in Iowa, but my son, who recently moved to Portland, has been using my car. Even though my insurance company determined the car to be totaled because of its age, I wanted to keep the car, and Avertano assured me that it was worth fixing. His estimate was very reasonable, and he supplied a loaner car for my son at no charge. After my son picked up the repaired Volvo, he said it looked like new and drives great! “Avertano and ACP Auto have been awesome! I have used ACP twice now and about to drop off my Mercedes for a 3rd time. I live in NoPo and I park outside and all of my accidents have been while the car has been parked. I have a spotless (surprising considering the accidents) e500 Merc w/ a Lorinser body kit and dealing with aftermarket parts, specifically ordered from Germany is not ideal. ACP Auto ordered, paint matched and installed a front Lorinser bumper, OEM radiator and handled the electrical wiring from the aftermarket fog lights to work as stock and a seamless install of the radiator with no future over heating issues. Owning a high mileage Mercedes can be stressful, compounded by body and electrical work can be a long-term nightmare. ACP guarantees their work and is always there to answer my call or a stop by. Thank you, Avertano!”

Not only do they pay your deductible and do a wonderful job on your car but they really do care. We had some major body work (including frame work) that needed to happen because of a fender bender and a t-bone accident and they fixed up our Scion like new. Avertano was friendly, funny and was willing to drop me off at home after I brought my car in (no hassling with having a friend/family follow me to the shop). And they gave me a great lender car while they had mine. Both times I've gotten the car back washed and vacuumed. Fingers crossed I'm not in any more accidents but should I be I know exactly where I'm taking my car - and recommending them to everyone I know.”

“I had work done for an insurance claim (the other person's, thankfully). They handled all of the details with the insurance and arranged my rental car. All I had to do was drop off the car and pick it up. The car came back with the paint looking better than when it was new! The work was completed in a time-frame on par with other body work I've had done over the years. I had some out-of-pocket work done on another car on which they did a fantastic job for a reasonable price. Don't expect a large comfy lounge with coffee, but you can expect friendly professional service with high quality craftsmanship.”

“This place is great. Only issue I had was with the free loaner car, it was a POS but it was free. The work they did looked great. It has now been a little over a month and the car seams to be holding up good as new. The staff was friendly the manager was in touch with me though out the repair keeping me informed. Just if you stop by the shop don't let the look of the place run you off they are professional's and I would rather get a better deal on my repairs then pay more for a big pretty shop, and nice new fancy loaner cars. I would highly recommend this shop and I can assure you that I will be using this shop again.”
